How to care for your Microgreens

After purchasing your microgreens, it’s important to refrigerate them as soon as possible. In their original packaging, our microgreens should stay fresh for 2-3 weeks. To extend their shelf life, place them in a large Tupperware container with a dry paper towel at the bottom. Ensure the container is spacious enough to prevent overcrowding. Store the container in the fridge, and always wash your microgreens before eating them for the best quality and safety.

What are Microgreens?

Nature’s Nutrient Dynamo! These small powerhouses surpass their mature counterparts in nutrient density. Loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, they’re not just a delicious addition but a vital boost to fortify your diet and energize your body.

How We Grow

We grow our microgreens indoors with led lights using 100 percent organic coco coir. We do not spray our plants with any pesticides, herbicides or any thing in-between. Using only filtered water and sometimes amending with organic nutrients such as liquid kelp. We source our seeds locally and grow to order, ensuring the highest quality and freshest microgreens. Delivering the same day as harvest.
